Holy Lighting: We have established a mature QA system after 11 years operation, and a professional QC team to implement.
Firstly, we have strict terms and conditions while choosing raw material suppliers, such as full testing in our lab for the samples, long time aging and so on;
Secondly, we follow the SOP based on ISO standard, and keen to 6S request, and proceed accordingly;
Thirdly, we have an experienced QC team to carry out specifically according to customer request and certification needs, especially the power supply (driver) part, based on different certification requirements, such as UL, SAA , ERP and TUV.
Fourthly as one of the founding members for Led manufacturing machines, surly we are trying to design & rely on more new machines to replace manual workshop positions, so as to decrease the possible mistakes as much as possible.
Fifthly, thanks to our strong RD team, we have been optimizing the design referring to the manufacturing feedbacks, so as to help QA systems working smoothly.
Sixthly, due to our efficient management and control, now we can achieve less than 1% default for all goods within one year, enjoying great reputation in Middle End and High End market/Brands.
